SENSORY ANALYSIS
At sight is ruby red with faint violet tints.
With aroma of red fruits (especially plums), plum jam, smoke, chocolate, vanilla and coconut; It is intense and persistent.
In taste the plum and jam of plums stands out, of very good body and prolonged persistence in the mouth, with a marked character and typical varietal

Conservation: at 16ºC, service temperature 15ºC to 18ºC
Pairing: roasted red meats, prepared dishes and game prey.
Decantation: 60 minutes.

TERROIR:
San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Driven in high trellis with bilateral pitted laces, under traditional irrigation. Sandy loamy stony soil with very good infiltration and drainage. Harvest and yield: Manual, in plastic boxes of 17 Kg. Each, 70 qq / ha.

OENOLOGICAL PRACTICE

Alcoholic fermentation and traditional maceration at 25ºC, malolactic fermentation completed 100% in French oak barrels and American toasted medium. Subtle Oak intensity, to highlight the characteristics of Malbec varietal.
Bottle aging: 12 months.
Storage potential: approx.6-8-10 years, tasting every 4 months.
